Form for offering a property for rent

(Only fill in for the Rhine-Main area and Berlin, we do not offer rentals in other places yet)

 

Important note:

In the form below you can offer us a property for rent. We will contact you for more data on the property as needed; in any case we will contact you by phone in order to settle the details.
Since we are an agency we need to get an order to lease from you. This will occur by the below form. If we will not be able to rent it out, however, then we will inform you immediately. The order is not an exclusive order, such would need to be made seperately by fax, but is not always necessary.

The agency fee for leasing is generally being paid by the tenant in the Rhine-Main area; in Berlin this needs to be arranged, as in a large number of cases the fee is supposed to be paid by the landlord. The agency fee usually is 2 net monthly rents plus 19% VAT.

In the first part we want to know who is the hirer of the property. We assume that the hirer and the owner of the property are identical; should this not be the case, please fill in the respective field (e.g. if this order is being sent to us by a housing administration). We then need the owner's agreement, meaning we act on the assumption that you, filling in the form, are doing so in agreement with the owner.
